The FIAT Metaverse Store has been developed in collaboration with Touchcast and Microsoft, who have designed this experience specifically for the FIAT brand. Touchcast’s Metaverse-as-a-Service platform is built on the Microsoft Cloud and provides customers with access to the metaverse without the need for VR headsets, avatars, or specialized hardware. The result is a synthesis of digital and physical, in an immersive experience like no other.

The FIAT Metaverse Store is able to instantly transfer the customer “to” FIAT (LINK). Once inside, the customer will be greeted by a Genius product, and together they will be able to explore the car in a wide 360-degree perspective and learn about its technology, asking questions about electric mobility, charging methods and the contents of the new 500. Moreover, the customer will be able to closely monitor the operation of the infotainment system, the various driving modes or the electric charge of the car. The customer will also have the possibility to customize the model by choosing its body, color, interior and any other desired feature, and to see the car change virtually in real time. Furthermore, the fully immersive FIAT tool allows you to recreate a driving experience aboard Bocelli’s new 500 La Prima in La Pista 500, on the roof of the Lingotto building in Turin to demonstrate the ADAS safety systems that enable the new Level II autonomous driving of the 500 .
