Hinowa SpA of Nogara received yesterday from Unioncamere Veneto the Regional Award for Economic Development of companies that in 2022 have contributed to the economic and social growth of their territory.
“The president, Dante Fraca, – explains Giuseppe Riello, President of the Chamber of Commerce of Verona who presented the award in the Business Innovation section – managed to turn a small mechanical reality devoted mainly to the local market with a small number of employees, into an international enterprise. Today Hinowa employs 240 people, With a turnover of more than 90 million euros and last year’s growth of more than 25%, with a trend that has not seen a significant negative decline in a decade.Hinowa’s organizational structure has evolved over time, going from founder management Fracca to delegated management to a professional management group and knit.”
Innovation, which is indicated by the assonance in the name Hinowa, has always been one of the engines that propelled the company towards success and this is evidenced by the many patents filed during the activity both in Italy and abroad. So much so that in 2021 Hinowa was included among the 1000 Italian companies with the highest growth rate and was included in the “Imprese Vincenti” program promoted by the Intesa Sanpaolo Group.
Riello, together with the president of the Unioncamere del Veneto, Mario Buzza, presented the award to Dante Fraca.
