For Observatory City a doxa was implemented 1660 interviews on a representative sample of the Milanese population. *
88% of those interviewed said they feel connected to their neighborhood. An attachment – emerging from the survey – unites all regions of Milan. 89% would recommend someone else move into their area. An equally strong attachment to the city of Milan appears: 85% of the population, if they wanted to move to their home, would prefer to stay in Milan than to change the city (15%). This trend becomes even stronger among the younger generation: Generation Z is the city’s most exclusive generation (91%).
Like to trade in your area. Delivery and delivery services on a large scale – the judgment on business activities in the neighborhood where one lives is positive: for 67% of shops and public establishments are equipped with online and delivery services, for 58% the points of sale have been modernized and there is also more attention to furnishings and aesthetics (53%). Although the frequencies vary, pick-up and delivery services are now used by more than 9 out of 10 residents.
