Sinu supported path through the development of tailored training procedures, in response to the needs of high quality supply chain operators, in particular under the Genova Liguria Gourmet brand. During the conference, agro-food systems, sustainability and the effects of climate change on agriculture will be discussed and the University of Genoa will present some circular economy projects, such as EcoFISHent, for the reuse of fish processing and cosmetic waste from the food industry. Moreover, students of the Marco Polo Hotel Institute, thanks to the concepts gained on food chemistry, will present a sustainable snack and a soft drink in blue, the color of World Food Day 2022 (ANSA).
